Glow Mama Drink
This weekend, I hosted my Sister’s baby shower. While searching online for ideas for the baby shower I came across the Glow Mama website with recipes for mock tails. It was decided that the Strawberry Sparkler would be the drink at the shower. I loved how it looked like champagne with a pink tint, very classy.
Lucy Leahy and Amy McDonough from Glow Mama so kindly offered to send me a box of Glow Mama drink samples to use at the shower and sample myself. I will be passing out the extras to the Momma-to-be’s that I know. The drink comes in screw top bottles that are compact enough to throw in your bag on your way out the door. What I liked the best about this product is there are no artificial sweeteners. This is ideal for pregnant and nursing women who are concerned about their daily liquid intake but are sick of the taste of water. The kiwi flavor is subtle but refreshing.
Postive: The drink contains no artificial sweeteners; instead it contains vitamins, minerals, and fiber that you need. Yummy and unique kiwi flavor that gives you that refreshed feeling after each sip.
Negative: Not available in-store everywhere. Currently you can only buy this product in select cities in California or online. Soon the company will be offering the product for sale through Andronicos.
Cost: You can get the 1 Week Sampler (8 bottles) for $15. That’s about the same cost as buying a 20oz bottle of soda.
